Since our establishment, we have played an active role in providing aircraft for peace keeping forces. In the 1980's and '90's, this was through the United Nations in New York as well as Swedint (Swedish Armed Forces International Centre). This role has continued. Between 2002-2006 we were the only Swedish chosen "partner" selected by the Swedish Armed Forces in the arrangement of their international air transports.

It's a world away from executive lounges, upgraded catering and inflight entertainment; focus being instead on transport by air of hazardous goods, weapons, ammunition, cargo and lots of luggage to both European destinations and those farther afield.
