How long before departure, do we have to be at the airport?

By showing you these pictures, you will get the general idea of how your departure will be at our home airport in Stockholm and at many other airports when you charter an air taxi.

You park your car just outside the building (free of charge) and walk 10 seconds to the automatic door.

The door opens and you walk into the lounge,

where you stop to shake hands with your captain or first officer. You have now wasted 20 seconds.

You walk straight out to the plane, and by taking that walk, you might have reached the plane in totally 45-60 seconds.
You get into the plane, the door is closed and from then on your flight is as any other flight, with security announcement, start up and taxi to the runway.

Off you go, and note that you have gone from your car, into the plane and closed the doors in less than 60 seconds….not minutes, as with scheduled flights.
